Discovery
We begin by ascertaining a comprehensive picture about our clients’ current finances, goals, values, risk tolerance and vision for the future. Discovering what is truly important in their lives is our mission. Over the last 25 years, we have developed a very thorough discovery process. Each client is asked a series of questions based on seven themes. It is this process that sets the stage to cultivate a strategic roadmap for the future.
Investment Plan Meeting
After synthesizing the information gathered in Step 1, we present a plan to help address the client’s various needs, wants and concerns. A gap analysis is per formed, and we will detail the three most pressing issues that need to be addressed while providing an investment strategy tailored to match the defined goals, objectives, risk tolerance and investment time horizon.
Mutual Commitment Meeting
This is where we mutually agree to move forward, or decide it’s not the right fit. We realize that not everyone will be a match for various reasons, and want to be sure our value is realized for every new client that we take on. Usually, one of three things happens:

After assessing your situation, we will tell you that your Financial Advisor is doing a good job, and to stay put.

We think you can do better, but we are not the right fit at this time. We will provide a referral to someone who we think can help.

We think we can help, and see if there is a mutual commitment. Whether a prospective client signs on or not , we believe there is a substantial benefit in going through this process to gain insight and clarity.
45-Day Follow-up
Designed to make sure everything is running smoothly. We will review your statements with you, be sure you are comfortable utilizing your on -line access, and answer any of your questions.
Regular Progress & Advanced Planning Meeting
Review and adaptation of each client’s investment plan and corresponding investment strategy is an on-going and fluid process. We recognize that things change. Therefore, we communicate and work with our clients and their professional advisors on a year-round basis to review and revise strategy as needed, and track progress toward their goals. Further, beyond your investment plan we will examine the four critical areas of comprehensive wealth management. Tax mitigation strategies, estate planning strategies, cash flow & retirement income analysis, Social Security maximization, and charitable giving are amongst the many areas that may be considered. We focus on what is important to you, then structure a game plan where strategies will be discussed and implemented in a collaborative effort with our team of experienced professionals.
